The former Sharon Osbourne had opted to wear the same red dress ex-XF judgeCheryl Cole donned at Cannes earlier this year.
Shazza rocked the Zuhair Murad dress for the final, which she teamed with matching drop-earrings and her famous red locks.
Cheryl replaced Mrs. O on the X Factor in 2008, only to leave after the 2010 series, and is rumoured to be making her comeback to the panel next year.
