Nicole Scherzinger: 'X Factor Return Up In The Air'

Nicole Scherzingerhas revealed that she still doesn't know whether she'll be returning to Simon Cowellis torn between bringing Nicole back and recruiting Mel B - after she had a highly popular guest spot last year.

A source told the paper: "Sharon is seriously back in contention, as is Mel — it could go down to the wire.

"It is about getting the right chemistry on each panel and the best dynamic. Simon's focus is getting the American X Factor right then he'll sort out the British show.

"While Louis and Gary are pretty certain to return, it is still all to play for for the women."

Rita Ora recently claimed she'd turned down a job judging on the show.
