Olly Murs: 'Tamera Is Lacking Confidence'
Star says the X Factor hopeful "needs to believe she's good enough"...
Former Olly Murs has defended Tamera Foster, suggesting that she keeps on forgetting her words due to her lack of confidence.
Speaking to Digital Spy about the 16-year old, Murs said: "From an artist's point of view I'm like, well, I do tours, so I learn loads of songs. I'm like, 'Come on. It's not hard to learn one song'.
"But on the flipside, I'm being sympathetic and saying, well, she's 16, it's new to her, it's a lot of pressure on her shoulders.
"I think honestly she's lacking confidence. She needs to get away from the show I think for a couple of days and see her friends and family."
He added: "She's a young girl, she's probably a bit isolated at the moment... and she needs to believe that she's good enough."
As well as Olly, it seems Tamera also has the support of One Direction star Niall Horan, with Foster confirming reports that they have swapped numbers.
