One Direction Fan Taken To Hospital
While Matt says he wants Katie to leave X Factor…
New safety measures are being put in place after an X Factorfan was injured in a scrum outside the studios on Friday.
The teenage girl was among a large group of One Direction fans who surged forward when the boyband arrived in a taxi. In the chaos, the cab driver pulled away and accidentally ran over her foot. Paramedics treated the girl at the scene before she was stretchered to an ambulance and taken to hospital.
An X Factor spokesperson blamed the extra crowds on half-term, and said extra security measures would be put in place. “Security and welfare of the contestants and the public's safety is of paramount importance to us. The members of One Direction are eager to track down the girl who was hurt so they can send her some flowers and make sure she’s alright.”
In other X Factor news, Matt Cardle has again attacked Katie Waissel for making up stories about the pair. “That stuff about us being in bed together was absolute bulls**t,” he said. “Katie's a fame hungry t**t. I can't say any more about it because nothing happened.
“I would never go near her. I'm not speaking to her, I don't have anything to do with her in the house,” Matt continued. “I've made my feelings absolutely clear and if she doesn't get it by now then she's more stupid than I thought.”
When asked what Katie could do to make it up to him, Matt wasn’t in a forgiving mood. “The only thing she could do is leave the competition. I don't care if she's in or out of it, as long as she's out of my face. I'm concentrating on the competition, not all that s**t.”
