Rita Ora is set to follow in the footsteps of Geri Halliwell and Leona Lewis by becoming a guest judge at The X Factor auditions in London today (28th May).
The R.I.P. singer, who was linked to the role last week, will act as a temporary panellist as XF bosses are still yet to find a replacement for 2011 judge, Kelly Rowland.
The X Factor confirmed the news on their Twitter account yesterday (27th May), writing: "Or-some news! We can officially reveal that Brit babe and RIP singer Rita Ora will be guest Judging tomorrow in London. #GuestJudgesRule."
Rita will take her seat alongside permanent judges Louis Walsh, Tulisa and Gary Barlow today, following previous winner Leona's stint on the panel at the first round of London auditions.
This morning, Ora tweeted: "IM HERE...... I CANT BREATHE! X-FACTOR..... IM JUST LIKE YOU REMEMBER THAT. IVE JUST STARTED TOO IM HERE TO HELP!"
Following Ora, it is thought that former Spice Girls star Mel B will guest judge in Manchester this week, with a source telling The Sun: "The guest judges haven’t had a great run so far, but Mel knows the ropes so she should be a hit."
They added: "If it goes well she could be a contender as a permanent judge.”
