Rita Ora 'Wanted By Cowell For The X Factor Job'

Simon Cowell is reported to be seeking to recruit Rita Ora to the judging panel of Cheryl Cole on the panel - with old faithful Louis Walsh completing the line-up.

A source said: "Rita is at the top of his list with Cheryl. He has been a massive fan of hers for a while.

"He has offered it to her before but she didn't think the time was right. Now the ball is very much in her court.

"Simon is planning a huge shake-up next year, as it's highly likely he'll be back. Rita and Cheryl would be his dream team."

The US version of the show has been struggling in the ratings and industry gossip suggests it could be axed, freeing Simon to return to the more-successful UK show.

But previous reports claimed that SiCo wanted to reunite the "classic" judging panel of himself, Chezza, Louis and Dannii Minogue.
