Sharon Osbourne 'Has Signed The X Factor Deal'
Former judge reported to be returning for first auditions next month...
Sharon Osbourne is reported to have signed-up to return to The X Factor's judging panel this year.
The Sun claims that a public announcement is to be expected imminently and that the reality TV veteran is set to fly in for the first auditions in Glasgow on 4 June.
The 60-year-old has been in the news recently due to her reported marriage troubles with rocker husband Ozzy Osbourne.
A source told the paper: "Sharon's been through hell lately, so X Factor was not front of mind.
"But she loves the show and missed it. Things with Ozzy have calmed down but they're a long way off being sorted."
Ozzy has admitted to returning to drink and drugs in recent months.
Shazza is claimed by The Sun to be getting £1.5m pay plus £300,000 in first class flights between the UK and Los Angeles.
Five star hotels and make-up costs are also apparently being thrown in by the show's bosses.
We told you earlier this week how Mel B is reported to be on standby in case Nicole Scherzinger doesn't re-sign.
