Tamera Foster has become the latest act to leave The X Factor, losing in the sing-off against Luke Friend.
The 16-year-old hopeful was once the favourite to win this year's series, but has suffered from nerves in recent weeks and has forgotten the lyrics several times.
Tamera had performed The Voice Within by Christina Aguilera in the sing-off, while Luke took on Snow Patrol's Run.
Unable to reach a decisive position, the judges vote went to "deadlock" - meaning that the act who had polled the fewest votes went home. And that was revealed to be Tamera.
Visibly shocked at the news, she was barely able to mutter a few thank-yous before the show ended.
Her exit means that Luke will be joined in next weekend's semi-final by Sam Bailey, Rough Copy and Nicholas McDonald.
Tamera last week admitted she is in a relationship with Sam Callahan.
