The remaining six acts going through to the live shows on this year's Gary Barlow selecting the groups with the assistance of Olly Murs in New York City while Nicole Scherzinger had Mary J Blige's help narrowing the girls down from six to three in Antigua.
Rough Copy, Kingsland Road and Miss Dynamix left the Big Apple with smiles on their faces, with Rough Copy being reunited as a trio after member Kazeem's visa issues were resolved.
Abi Alton, a 19-year-old supermarket worker from Guisborough will be joining 17-year-old south London student Hannah Barrett and 16-year-old Tamera Foster, from Kent, on Team Scherzy in the live shows.
Hannah was particularly thrilled to make it through, saying: "I'm so overjoyed that I've gotten through to the live shows that I keep having out of body experiences.
"I didn't think I would get pass the room audition and now I'm at the lives, it's so crazy my dream is becoming a reality. The stage is my home so I’m looking forward to getting on that stage and tearing it up!"
"After coming from Gregg's and serving four sausage rolls for the price of three, never in my wildest dreams did I expect to get this far."
The bookies have already installed Tamera Foster as the 9/4 favourite to take the series win, with Nicholas McDonald not far behind on 4/1 and Abi Alton on 6/1.
The live shows begin next weekend with a 1980s-themed round.
