The X Factor judge Tulisa wants to quit the show, according to her father.
Plato Contostavlos claims the Young singer - who won the competition in her first year as a judge with Little Mix - will do just as well without the hit TV talent show.
Talking to Now magazine, Plato claimed that T "only does it for the money" and said: "Tulisa doesn't want to be there.
"She's bored of it. She doesn't need The X Factor, she's got N-Dubz.
"I want her to leave X Factor. N-Dubz can do one gig and earn up to £500,000. I want her to make some serious dosh, millions, by doing an independent album with N-Dubz."
He added: "What I want for her is security, so she never has to rely on anybody apart from herself."
There has been no word from T herself about her father's comments, though it has recently been reported that former judge Sharon Osbourne has already been in talks to replace the Female Boss.
