Singer performs at shopping centre for Xmas lights switch-on...
Lucy Spraggan has given her first public performance since dropping out of The X Factor, singing at the switching-on of the Christmas illuminations at a Yorkshire shopping centre.
The 21-year-old gave a rendition of her own Beer Fear at the Christmas Lights Switch-on Charity Concert, which was held at the Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield last night.
According to Digital Spy, Lucy - who left the show due to illness - told the crowd: "Thank you for the support I've been getting over the last few weeks, you've been absolutely amazing.
"That was the most amazing thing that has happened to me."
And she later tweeted: "#capitalfmswitchon crowd you were AMAZING. Getting on that stage made me feel the best I have in weeks. Thank you."
Former X Factor contestant Misha B also performed at the event.
