With a permanent fourth judge still to be decided for The X Factor, all three current judges have confessed they would love Sharon Osbourne to return to the show.
According to The Mirror, Tulisa first made the suggestion before yesterday's London auditions, saying: "I'd love Sharon to come back. She's the ultimate female boss."
Louis Walsh unsurprisingly agreed, saying that he had "always had so much fun" with the former judge, who quit the show in 2008.
And Gary Barlow backed up his fellow judges, saying: "Sharon isn't a stupid suggestion. She'd be amazing. Like Tulisa said, she's the ultimate female boss."
As the auditions kicked off this week, guest judge Geri Halliwell was rumoured to be the show's "judge-in-waiting" - but having been booed in Liverpool, even Gary Barlow was having doubts.
He told The Mirror: "I don't think the audience liked her. She got booed.
"I like Geri, I've known her for years. She's got a good energy but I just don't know. I don't know whether I would want her as a judge to be honest."
However, the Take That star did concede that it had taken "a few weeks" for last year's new line-up to "get into the role".
X Factor winner Leona Lewis filled the guest judge spot for yesterday's auditions at the O2 Arena, while Nicole Scherzinger and Rita Ora are also expected to try their hand at the judging game.
Former judge Dannii Minogue recently ruled out a return to the show.
