It is thought N-Dubz star admitted on spin-off show Xtra Factor: "I would manage them if I was allowed to, but I guess that's not how it works. I'm a mentor and I'm still going to be their mentor.
Contostavlos added: "I'm always going to be there for them, I will get involved as much as I can, as much as the label want me to be involved with them. I'm just gonna go with the flow and give them as much advice and help as I physically can."
Tulisa is also expected to double her salary on next year's series of The X Factor since winning with Little Mix, with a source telling The Sun she will earn "just shy of a million", adding: "She's stuck by Louis and learnt a few tricks of the trade from him."
"Plus, she sticks to her views. Weaker people might have retracted what she said about Misha B hassling Little Mix to keep things upbeat but she didn't. The producers love her."
