X Factor's Cher is 'Obsessed' With Cheryl Cole
As fears that the 17-year old could quit the show emerge...
Lloyd, who was selected by the Girls Aloud star to be in her final three girls despite her poor audition at Judges' Houses, has previously been compared to Chezza, but sources have claimed that the resemblance between the two is no coincidence.
Meanwhile, fans of the teenager are reportedly worried that Cher may quit the show after fears that she will not be able to cope with the stress of the looming live finals.
According to the Daily Star, many viewers are concerned about Lloyd's 'anorexic' appearance, with fears that she might collapse or pull out of the show.
Cher's idol, mentor Cheryl, is also said to have expressed her concerns for the singer, after reportedly being 'shocked' by her 'pale and thin appearance' at her Judges' House.
A cameraman told the tabloid: "When she came down the stairs to sing, Cheryl’s face said it all. She said: ‘Wow!’ but not in a good way. Everyone was pretty shocked at just how tiny and frail Cher looked.”
XF bosses have since stated: “We’re keeping an extra special eye on her. All the acts are well looked after in the X Factor house.”
Despite Cheryl's and the rest of Britain's fears for Cher, her dad, Darren, has insisted that his daughter is fine and healthy, saying: "She is stronger than ever. She is absolutely fine mentally and can’t wait to perform.”
XF choreographer Brian Friedman has reiterated that Cher is fine, claiming: "She is coping great, she's really coping well. I'm pleasantly surprised."
"From what we saw at judges' homes she was weak, she forgot her lyrics, she just seemed a little bit dishevelled."
Friedman continued: "That was a worry for me. I thought once I got in a room with her she might be hesitant about getting directions and choreography because she was so concerned with her vocals, just... being in pieces."
"But it was completely different. She had it together and she knew where she wanted to go. She was really solid on her song. It's not a song you would think she would be doing.
He added: "It's a really good mix up, she has a lot of different elements in this song. I'm looking forward to seeing it."
