Axed Cheryl Cole, claiming that she didn't thinkLouis Walsh and Simon Cowell to make the decision, choosing to save 'dramatic' Katie, despite admitting Cohen was the better singer.
When asked byHolly Willoughby if she felt she should have stayed over Waissel, Treyc stated: "Oh yeah, definitely. Only from this morning."
"Everybody has been talking about Katie’s performance and how she sat down on the floor and I know I finished my song and put my all into it. If it was based on that then yeah, I definitely feel like I should have gone through."
She continued: "I feel good, I’m not bitter. I’m a true believer in everything happens for reason. Honestly if I was meant to still be there, I’d be there."
"I’ve been there for five weeks, I’ve proved to the nation I could sing. Anything else was a bonus for me."
Cohen also revealed that she and the other girls, Waissel, Cher Lloyd and Rebecca Ferguson only saw their mentor Cheryl on rehearsal day.
Treyc added: "No, I don’t think Cheryl let me down, she gave me as much time as she gave the other girls."
"We saw her on rehearsal day, if there was ever a problem with song choices we could always phone and say “I’m not happy.” She was always there if we needed her but we only saw her on rehearsal day."
