Lucas Till Returning To X-Men: Apocalypse As Havok
Bryan Singer announces casting news on social media...
Lucas Till is set to reprise his role as mutant Havok in the next instalment of the X-Men movie franchise.
The 24-year-old Texan was last night confirmed by director Bryan Singer to have joined the cast of X-Men: Apocalypse.
Till previously played Havok in 2011's X-Men: First Class - and the filmmaker shared a group shot of the cast from that movie.
He wrote: "Welcome back #lucastill #xmen #XmenApocalypse #jamesmcavoy #michaelfassbender #jenniferlawrence #nicholashoult #rosebyrne How time flies! #XmenFirstClass"
The brother of Cyclops (played by Tye Sheridan in the new movie), Havok has the power to absorb energy and fire it in powerful kinetic beams.
X-Men: Apocalypse is due out next May.
