Actors playing younger versions of Storm and Cyclops also revealed...
Sophie Turner has been cast as a younger version of mutant Jean Grey in the forthcoming X-Men: Apocalypse.
The 18-year-old actress, from Northampton, is best known for playing Sansa Stark in Game Of Thrones - and has now been revealed by director Bryan Singer to be taking over the role of the telepathic and telekinetic mutant from Famke Janssen.

Singer also revealed that Alexandra Shipp will play a younger version of Storm (previously portrayed by Halle Berry) while Tye Sheridan is the new Cyclops (played by James Marsden in previous X-Men movies).
The filmmaker dropped his triple whammy on Twitter last night, writing: "Meet our new and brilliant young mutants: @Alexshipppp as #Storm @SophieT as #JeanGrey and @TyeSheridan as #Cyclops. #XmenApocalypse"
Turner's response was a simple and elegant: "OMG."
While 23-year-old Shipp - best known for playing Aaliyah in a Lifetime biopic last year - shared a snap of herself staring happily into her open palms.
Sheridan, 18, is already a promising star of the big screen, having won the Marcello Mastroianni Award for best upcoming young actor at 70th Venice International Film Festival.
The gong was in recognition of his role in 2013's Joe - in which he co-starred with Nicolas Cage.
