Parks And Recreation star Aziz Ansari has taken to Twitter to ask for a part in the next X-Men movie.
The actor tweeted X-Men: Days Of Future Past director Bryan Singer, expressing his interest in a job on the forthcoming film.
He wrote: "Is there any kind of new Indian dude/mutant I can play in X-Men: Days of Future Past?"
And the filmmaker replied: "In the words of Spock: I shall consider it."
Anna Paquin, Ellen Page and Shawn Ashmore have all recently been confirmed as reprising their roles from the earlier X-Men movies.
True Blood star Paquin played Rogue, while Page played Kitty Pryde and Ashmore appeared as Iceman - Rogue's love interest.
Sir Patrick Stewart, Sir Ian McKellen, James McAvoy, Nicholas Hoult, Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence are already confirmed for the newest instalment in the Marvel Studios franchise.
Hugh Jackman is thought to still be in talks.
