X-Men: Days Of Future Past Getting Director's Cut

You might already have seen X-Men: Days Of Future Past at the cinema, but 20th Century Fox will be tempting you to buy it on Blu-Ray too by releasing a "director's cut" version later this year.
X-Men: Days Of Future Past World Premiere
Producer Lauren Schuler Doner has confirmed that the Blu-Ray version of the movie, having been asked by a fan on Twitter whether it would happen.
And it seems the extra scenes will focus on Anna Paquin's Rogue.
In the biggest additional sequence, Professor X, Magneto and Iceman will be seen plucking Rogue from Xavier Mansion - which is now a military base guarded by Sentinels.
The plan being for her to then absorb Kitty Pryde's powers and keep Wolverine safely in the past for his mission.
Speaking to Digital Spy about the scene in May, writer Simon Kinberg said it "is as good as anything else in the movie, but I really wrote it as an appendage to the movie because I wanted to see Rogue - not because it services the main story".
