Zac Efron And Seth Rogen In Bad Neighbours Trailer

Zac Efronis seen as an obnoxious college student at war with his neighbour Seth Rogen in a new movie trailer.

The UK promo trailer for Bad Neighbours sees former High School Musical star Zac and his fraternity pals move into the house next to Rogen and his wife Rose Byrne.

Beginning with Rogen and Byrne dressing their baby as Breaking Bad's Walter White for a cutesy photoshoot, the trailer sees a removal truck bring the frat boys to the empty property next door.

But when the couple pop over to have a friendly word and ask the new arrivals to keep the noise down, it gets taken the wrong way and a feud begins.

Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Dave Franco (James Franco's little bro) also feature in the movie, which hits UK cinemas in May.

Zac Efron broke his jaw toward the end of last year.
