Zac Efron and Seth Rogen have donned drag for an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

The Bad Neighbours co-stars demonstrated their acting versatility by becoming "Brittany Anderson" and "Allison Donnelly" for a skit on the NBC chat show.

Fallon appeared as "Stacy Wallace", the host of his recurring spoof TeenNick show called "Ew!" - wearing a blonde wig and talking with a nasal voice.

He introduced his "one of my besties" Allison, as Rogen descended stairs onto the set wearing curly wig, with his body hair spilling out from his pretty summer dress.

After a brief chit-chat about coffee, they summon Zac onto the set - wearing a floral dress, green leggings and a pink flower in his hair.

Once the audience has died down he says: "I'm actually super excited right now because I just got this new phone and it has an amazing camera.

"It's got, I think, like, eight megapixels—so it's like perfect for selfies! I've been taking them all day!"

The trio then pose for a series of snaps together, with Zac pulling a convincing duckface.

Getting onto the subject of music, they discuss DJ Snake & Lil Jon's Turn Down For What - and they begin twerking to the crunk track.

They finish up the sketch by poking fun at Rogen's celeb pal James Franco, with all three "girls" getting a text message from the star.
