Zac Efron has taken feeling all the feels to another level by posting the most glorious nostalgic photo of him with some of his High School Musical castmates.

Oh, and he shared a seriously cute caption too, because apparently he wants to totally destroy our emotions.

Zefron shared the sweetest throwback of him, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale and Corbin Bleu from 2008 on Instagram, writing: “So grateful I came across this picture... With the o.g. crew during one of the most cherished and exciting times of my life. Love you guys forever. #fbf”.

Zefron recently made some other comments about his past role in the Disney masterpiece, telling Men’s Fitness: “I step back and look at myself and I still want to kick that guy's a*s sometimes.

“Like, f**k that guy. He's done some kind of cool things with some cool people – he did that one thing [Neighbors] that was funny – but, I mean, he's still just that f**king kid from [High School Musical].”
