Zac Efron Reveals He Almost Died On A Bike Ride With Hugh Jackman
The incident went down in London during peak rush hour.
Zac Efron has revealed he almost got run over by a bus while on a bike-ride with The Greatest Showman co-star Hugh Jackman.
The situation went down in London – with Zac underestimating just how much traffic there is in the city during rush hour. In an interview on the Graham Norton show, the 30-year-old discussed how close he came to death or serious injury.
Let's get checking out the Geordie Shore cast discussing the most dramatic reality TV moments of 2017...
“I cycled with him [Hugh] in London, but I’m not one to ride a bike early in the morning in traffic so it turned out to be quite dangerous,” Zac began.
Revealing that the situation went from 0 to 100 within seconds, Zac continued: “I followed Hugh around a few cars and suddenly there was a double decker bus right in front of me.
Luckily Zac has some pretty speedy reflexes and managed to hit the brakes before the bus made impact with him: “I slammed on the brakes, went under the front tire and narrowly missed death.”
It sounds like a pretty horrifying experience but – on the plus side - at least Zac remained physically unharmed by the ordeal. Stay safe on the road, cyclists.
And maybe give bike-riding in London a miss for the time being, Zac?
