It looks like Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid are set to take their relationship to the next level, as reports are claiming Zayn is looking to live with her permanently.

The former One Direction star is said to have put his £3.5million North London pad on the market, with a view to moving in with Gigi in New York.

A source told The Sun that Zayn will be selling hisfive-bedroom house in Hertfordshireas he's pretty much been living in New York for the past year anyway.

"Living in New York has made Zayn happier than he has been for a long time. Now feels the right time to sell his house in the UK because he just doesn’t really spend any time there," the sneaky source told the publication.

Zayn reportedly purchased the property for £3.65 million six years ago, and it features its own pub with a Pirates Of The Caribbean theme.

In fact, it was featured on the 2017 music video for his song 'Still Got Time', which apparently drew in a few complaints from the neighbors.

Oops.

The source added: "'He went to Bradford last month to celebrate the Islamic festival of Eid with Gigi and his family and feels he just wants to stay there when he’s back in the UK, instead of being down south."

While it sounds like Zayn certainly has a lot of memories in his pad, officially moving in with Gigi seems like a totally logical step if he's already spending a ton of time there.

Ahh, if only we could afford to buy it...
