One Direction heartthrob Zayn Malik has finally answered his fan's wishes by getting rid of his long hair.

The Night Changes singer - who has recently been sporting a shagging mop-style cut - revealed his new 'do on Twitter - sending Directioners into a frenzy.

Malik's new haircut sees him keeping his infamous quiff, but shows he's decided to shave his head at the sides.

A cartoon of the 22-year old - which Zayn described as "sick" - later proved that he's opted for a 'man bun' at the back. Bandmate Harry Styles must be jealous...
