Zayn Malik Drops New Timbaland Collaboration ‘Too Much’ And It’s All Vibes
It's an emotional dreamy bop - and it's TOO MUCH to handle.
Right now is a GREAT time to be a Zayn Malik fan. Well – it’s always a great time to be a Zayn Malik fan, but recently he’s really been giving us so much new music to enjoy in the run up to his upcoming album.
CHECK OUT ZAYN'S 'TOO MUCH' RIGHT HERE:
With tracks like ‘Entertainer’ and ‘Sour Diesel’ Zquad have been well fed – but he’s not slowing down any time soon as he just released the brand new track ‘Too Much’ (Ft. Timbaland).
'Too Much' has Zayn really showing of his A-MA-ZING vocals with a tonne of incredible falsetto, singing “This is why I need a touch” passionately on repeat.
Timbaland’s vocoded, robot sounding, segments totally add to this overall vibe, contrasting with how clean Zayn’s vocals are.
That’s the thing with this track, it’s ethereal and space-y but still catchy and bop-worthy.
We’re gonna call it a dream-bop, you KNOW we’ve got it on repeat already. Plus, we can’t stop staring at the purple haired, back-flipping version of himself!
The Timbaland production is exactly what we need – refreshingly chill in its energy, with the iconic Timbaland drum pattern you know and love.
If you love ‘Entertainer’, we’re thinking you’ll love ‘Too Much’ too! Both have that mellow reflecting feeling paired with insanely catchy production – and we’re hoping the new album has even more! It's been 2 years since Mind Of Mine and we CANNOT wait.
PLUS – if you missed it, the other day Zayn released a ‘teaser’ for the album in the form of a FULL cover of Beyoncé’s ‘Me, Myself and I’ and it’s… fan-tas-tic.
Hopefully he’ll tell us when the new album is coming soon, but in the meantime - what's all this noise about a 2020 One Direction reunion tour?
