Zayn Malik didn't exactly part ways with One Direction on the best of terms, but we never thought he'd actually go back down memory lane to tarnish their name.

According to the Mail on Sunday, the 23-year-old is planning on revealing all kinds of secrets about his time in the band in a new autobiography, oh and how their 'publicity machine' worked. Whatever that means.

"This book is going to be explosive and Simon Cowell will be furious with Zayn and may even try to stop it coming out," the mystery source told the paper.

Adding: "But Zayn is determined to reveal the secrets behind the clean image that was always so fiercely protected by the band’s publicity machine."

It's also reported that the singer will dish the dirt on his 'high-profile' romances, which we are assuming means he'll chat about that time he was engaged to Perrie Edwards.

This book wouldn't exactly fit in with Zayn's new moody and super cool image, so we're taking all this info with a pinch of salt.
