Things are clearly heating up for celeb lovebirds Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid, and the former One Direction singer even decided to stay stateside and spend Christmas with his girlfriend's family this year.

Escaping to a real life winter wonderland, Zayn, Gigi and her family including little bro Anwar, sister Bella and mum Yolanda spent the holidays skiing in the mountains and generally having what looks like the ultimate Christmas vacay.

While the pair have been having a social media cleanse over the holiday, Anwar did post a selection of the family polaroid pics which just so happen to feature ZiGi looking like total festive couple goas.

OnChristmas Eve there was also a gingerbread house building competition, which is apparently an annual tradition in the Foster/Hadid house.

Don't know about you but we like to think the pink one is Zayn's...

Frankly the whole trip looks so festive it's sort of got us wondering if as well as being a chart topping popstar and having cheekbones sharp enough to cut glass, Zayn might actually also be Santa in his spare time.

Thoughts on a postcard or alternatively write them down and pop the note in the fire - we're sure the burning embers will reach us if Father Christmas/Zayn have anything to do with it.
