Katie Hopkins Targets Zoella After 'Girl Online' Quits Internet

However, the vlogger has since returned to Twitter to insist she will not be leaving YouTube for good! Phew...

After clashing with X Factor group Stereo Kicks last week, Katie Hopkins has now set her sights on YouTube sensation Zoella.

The vlogger - real name Zoe Sugg - took to Twitter yesterday (December 8) to announce she was taking a break from the internet after she came clean about receiving some help to pen novel, Girl Online.

A rep for publisherPenguin said at the time: "To be factually accurate you would need to say Zoe Sugg did not write the book Girl Online on her own. Girl Online was very much a collaboration between Zoe and her editorial team.”

And, it wasn't long before serial tweeter Hopkins gave her opinion on the drama, writing: "So Zoella, this whole Girl On-Line thing. Now you've quite the internet - do you think your ghost writer should re-work the title?

"Zoella has quit the internet in the same way Collins gave up reality TV. Just for the drama. Only for about a day."

"Look children of Zoella, if you want me to listen you are goign to need to stand on a chair. 'Iccle squeaky voices.

"Next up: Katiella does a vlog on how to turn off your caps locks. Are we sitting comfortably kidz? Then I will begin."

Hopkins added: "I'm a vlogger. My boyfriend is a vlogger. We are like totally vlogging royalty. And the kids vloody luv us.

"Twitter was clouding up Zoella's brain. And it was pretty bloody foggy in there in the first place. Foggy Vloggy."

The stuff press write about it literally ridiculous! I AM NOT QUITTING YOUTUBE. Yet again, twisting stuff to gain views. Sad.
