MTV have teamed up with dancer & personal trainer Danielle Peazer to create a series of 10-minute workouts, in association with DW Fitness First & Reebok!

Calling all you 👑 cardio queens👑 and 🏅 goal diggasout there!For 2019, we’ve teamed up withReebok UKandDW Fitness Firstto bring you 5 on-fleek fitness workouts curated by ultra-babe and fitness guru Danielle Peazer.

Danielle Peazer has danced for the likes of Kylie Minogue, Katy Perry and Robbie Williams; but she's now gone on to build her own global brand as a leader in the world of female fitness, drawing on her own background in the dance world to make getting fit FUN! She's joined by two of the most exciting female talentsfrom London's dance community, Windy Tsoi and Aleta Thompson, who both lead classes at the iconic dance institutionsPineapple Studios and At Your Beat.

There are 5 x 10 minute workouts in the series, each with a different focus (The Warm Up, Abs & Core, The Upper Body, The Booty Burn, The Dance). The series wasdesigned to be super easy to follow along, whether you're abeginner or an OG gym-goer. You can dothem at home from the comfort of your living room, or try them togetherwith your own girl gang in the gym. What's more, all the outfitsin the workouts areshoppable, which you can purchase directly from the DW Fitness First website.
