Justin Bieber Given Valentine's Day Court Date

As the teen idol is spotted leaving Panama with manager, Scooter Braun...

Justin Bieber has been given a arraignment court date for charges relating to his recent arrest.

Last week, the 19-year old and pal Khalil Sharieff were arrested in Miami Beach after allegedly taking part in an illegal drag race.

JB was initially charged with DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired licence.

However, it court documents claimed earlier this week that the original charges had been dropped and Biebs will only face one charge of resisting arrest without a valid licence.

The formal reading of the Boyfriend singer's case is expected to take place before a Miami-Dade county judge in South Florida on Valentine's Day (February 14).

Ed Griffith, a Miami state attorney's office spokesman, has since told People: "Justin doesn't have to be there. He will plead non guilty and the process will begin."

Meanwhile, E! News has reported that Biebs has left Panama - where he has been since his arrest - with manager Scooter Braun, with a source telling the website: "Justin is doing OK right now.

"He's with friends and family. That's what is most important now, being surrounded by family and his closest friends."
