Meghan Markleis pregnant and preparing to welcome her and Prince Harry's first child together in Spring 2019.

Kensington Palace announced the exciting news on Monday morning, which comes five months after the pair got married at Windsor Castle.

Meghan and Harry just touched down in Australia for their first Royal tour as husband and wife.

"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019," read Kensington Palace's statement.

It continued: "Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public."

Meghan sparked pregnancy rumours recently, with a few royal superfans spotting the tell-tale signs that she was about to make the big announcement.

One theory was that a hair change signifies a pending pregnancy announcement, and now we guess they were actually on to something!

Meghan and Harry started dating in 2016, announced their engagement a year ago in November 2017, and married at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in May.

Their romance really is a royal fairytale.
