Martin Garrix Is Officially The World's No.1 DJ!

He's the youngest ever winner of DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs poll...

Martin Garrix has been named the world's No.1 DJin DJ Mag's annual Top 100 DJs polland, at the age of 20, he's the youngest 'ever' recipient of the award!

The Dutch megastar who's currently riding high in the charts with 'In The Name Of Love',his collab with Bebe Rexha, cimbed two places in the publicly-voted poll,knocking last year's poll winners Dimitri Vegas & Like Mikedown to No.2.

Garrix was presented with his No.1 trophy by mentorTiësto at the Top 100 DJs Poll Awards Party in Asterdam's famous Heineken Music Hall, the opening party in this year's AMF, the largest festival of the Amsterdam Fance Event (ADE).

"It feels unreal to have won," Garrix said of his win,"I 100% did not expect it at all. I've had an amazing year, with awesome shows and amazing fans - I'm so thankful for their support. I didn't even do a campaign, and it just shows how dope the fan base is."

One spot above him at No.27 are this year's highest climbers Swanky Tunes, up 70 places andthere's only two female acts in the list this year - Aussie duo NERVO, down 21 places toNo.45 and Ukraine's Miss K8 up six to No.88.

The UK’s Top 100 DJs party returns to the O2 Academy Brixton on Saturday 22nd October, presenting the biggest indoor showcase of electronic music in the British capital. Some of the biggest artists in the world will hit the stage at one of London’s premiere venues for a night of explosive dance music.

On the line-up this yearincludes international Top 100 DJ superstars Armin van Buuren, Gouryella, Markus Schulz, W&W, Marlo, Tenishia, Tom Swoon, and Gavyn Mytchel. They'll be joined by 4500 clubbers in the Academy’s glorious main room from 9pm until late.
