Chloe Ferry and Holly Hagan have shared a couple of near-identical belfies that have left us regretting all those years of neglecting to do squats at the end of a workout.

The Geordie Shore lasses look equally incredible in their bikinis and fans have pointed out that the ladies from The Toon could literally give lessons on how to pose for the perfect Instagram snap.

First up, Holly shared an image of herself from St Lucia with the caption: “BLESSED.”

Fans flooded the post with positive comments, with one person writing: “You look pure stunning,” a second adding: “You're looking stunning and that bf of yours, yum” and a third summing the whole image up with a stream of peach emojis.

It wasn’t long before people spotted Chloe’s shot, writing that she looks just as gorgeous in her teeny tiny bikini and praising her resilience against cruel trolls.

After Holly dropped the comment: “Wowwww” beneath the upload, one person piped up about how goodit is to see the two lasses supporting each other: “The two things I love about this post is 1. Chloe after all the bad messages on social media you still be you and I love you because you’re crazy.

“2.@hollygshore after the last couple of days and the tweets about your holiday pictures you still have time to compliment and build another female up and people might try and bring you down but you are beautiful on the inside so 🖕🏼to them.”
