If you cast your mind all the way back to the dark ages (by which we mean November 2014), you might justremember a large portion of the internet obsessing overa boy affectionately known as Alex from Target.

Alex was just a regular 16-year-old kid going about his business andscanning groceries at his job at abranch of Target when one shopper, who thought he was the most beautiful boy she'd ever seen, posted his pic to Twitter. As with most of the weird and wonderful things that happen online, he instantly became a hit with people from all over the world and thus the #AlexFromTarget hashtag was born.

Soon he was a viral sensation and the subject of many a meme, even managing to score an interview on The Ellen Show, to whichnaturally turned up rocking his Target uniform of chinos and a matching red T-shirt.

In the year since he found onlinefameAlex has continued to be a popular presence for the internet's thirst, but after launching a YouTube channel andrumours he'd quit his job at Target to pursue a movie career, he'd sort of faded into the background a bit.

That is at least until now, and if you were wondering what Alex looks like these days, it turns out that he's still as divine as ever and just sohappens to have dyed those chocolate brown Bieber locks of his an electric shade ofblue.
