The Made In Chelsea star posted a new pic on Instagram with the caption: "Exciting shoot today #boobjaaaab"

Her cheeky caption had fans asking whether she had been for surgery, reports The Sun, however, she remained tight-lipped on the matter.

Lucy, who is celebrating her birthday today, is currently working on a number of hush hush projects.

She wrote in her Hello column: "I have had a busy week with lots of exciting projects in the mix that I wish I could share, but bear with me, all will be revealed soon..."

The star spent Valentine's Day alone after splitting from her Made In Chelsea co-star Jamie Laing.

She took to Twitter to tell her followers: "Happy Valentine's Day Lovers. Who else is getting drunk cos they're single woooooooo."
