What do you get the man who has everything? Buying gifts for Kanye West must be a right nightmare, but that's not a problem for Kim Kardashian.

The US reality TV queen is reported to have gone very leftfield with her latest present for her rapper hubby - getting a sculpture of her famous backside created in silicon.

The Sun claims that the 34-year-old actually had her booty covered in plaster to get as close a match as possible for the unusual artwork, which is reportedly costing £13,000.

A source told the paper: "The replica was her idea for a gift, she thinks it's artistic and knew Kanye would love it.

"It means he'll always have a piece of her, albeit her bum, if Kim's away working."

And in other Kim-related news, she's been speaking about that Paper magazine photoshoot for the first time since she "broke the internet" last week.

She said on Aussie TV show The Project that she'd been thrilled to work with photographer Jean-Paul Goude.

"I was so honoured and excited to work with him because he is a legend, and for me that was something I wanted to do to make myself feel confident.

"As a role model I'm not saying anyone else should do that, but for me it was an art project and it taught me to do what you want to do.

"I'm never one to preach, but I felt really positive and really good about myself. I love the photos, I did it for me, I hope other people like them."

But she also revealed that she hadn't been smiling all the way through the shoot.

"My back hurt for about a week after that shoot... I used muscles.. he has an art of posing you and it was definitely not comfortable."

And we're sure anyone who has tried to balance a champagne glass on their bum since seeing Kim's pics will sympathise.
