MTV Review: Jack Garratt Was Electric For Brits Week

Yaaas.

Having already scooped up the Brits Critics' Choice Award this year, it was only right that Jack Garratt performed as part of the run up to the highly anticipated ceremony.

So as we made our way to Heaven, London, last night (February 16), our expectations were just a little high.

But it's okay, because he bought his a-game.

Smashing his way through his more well-known tracks such as 'Breathe Life' and 'LoveYou're Given', the crowd were just as rowdy as he was, which was no mean feat.

Though for us it was his cover of Craig David's 'Seven Days' and Justin Timberlake's 'Señorita' that sealed our love for him, which only grew when he smashed his new track, 'Fire', out of the park.

Aside from a few timing issues which led to a bit of a panic attack, and the fact that he indulged in the tiniest of rants against Kanye West, it was a really quite special evening.

Jack Garratt's debut album, Phase, is out Friday 19 February
