Fifth Harmony may be on hiatus but Normani is already having an incredible 2018 as a soloist. The 'Worth It' superstar released her debut solo single 'Love Lies' with Khalid in February and it has since become one of the biggest hits of the year so far.

To top it all off, she met Beyoncé earlier this year and now she's finally opened up about the fairytale meeting.

Speaking to Nessa, Normani revealedall. "When I met her we just casually talked. She was like 'OH MY GOSH' she didn't even give me a chance to introduce myself[...] She looks at me she says 'oh my gosh, I've been waiting so long to meet you'".

Hold up. So not only did Normani meet Beyoncé but Beyonceé wanted to meet Normani too. Our hearts.

Normani added: "She says 'Everybodykeeps telling me 'Normani, Normani, Normani this girl you have to meet her, oh my god she's amazing.I almost started crying. I was like 'thank you so much for everything that you do'. My voice was shaking."

"I was like 'ever since I was a little girl, I've looked up to you. Especially me being an African American female in the industry. You make me feel like I can do absolutely anything and she was like 'I'm so proud of you, I'm so proud of you'." Amazing.

She then said: "Shewas just like 'you keep doing yourthing. I'm really proud of you. I'm watching you.'"

This is the best story that we have ever heard. We stan these two so much.

Fingers crossed that they cross paths again. Imagine if they collaborated.
