The pair first met backstage at his band's LA concert where they exchanged numbers, with Matt telling Australian radio show Shazam Top 20: "I mean, bloody hell, what am I going to do? Go out with Taylor Swift? …I wouldn't say no!"

Taylor has since enjoyed a few of the Brit band's gigs, with BFF Karlie Kloss also tagging along to see what all the fuss is about.

According to US Weekly they'reare now quietly dating, with a source telling them: "It's very new and they're having fun," a Swift friend shares. "They're seeing where things go."

The same insider also told the mag that Matt was the one to chase after the singer, sending 'frequent texts' as they both travel from city to city for work.

They've also both been spotted wearing each other's band t-shirts, which is pretty cute.
