Zayn Malik is set to make his first public appearance since leaving One Direction on Friday (April 17), at The Asian Awards in London.

The singer has thrilled fans with the news, having not made any official outings since the dramatic split. (We're still trying to get over the whole situation.)

Rumour has it he's even up for an award, with his pal Naughty Boy joining him at the event after winningthe Asian Achievers gong last year.

Mila Kunis, Gok Wan and Shah Rukh Khan will also be in attendance at the ceremony, which will take place at The Grosvenor Hotel.
